Mission accomplished!

I did SPORTS, yeah!

Ok it still wasn’t the gym, but I went inline Skating. 10 rounds in full Speed an I am really on my knees now… It is a start.

It is always so hard to say if I lost some weight and how much.  The numbers go up and down like a mouse on a Trampolin. I think I lost somewhat like a pound last week. But I lost a few centimeters around the waist. So I think, I am on my way.

Also, I feel more energetic most of the time. But now I really do have to lay down a bit. Gosh, Sport is exhausting.
